Frequently Asked Questions
Below are common questions we frequently get asked. If your question is not listed below, reach out to us and we can answer any questions you have.
What types of homes do you buy?
We buy single-family homes, duplexes, triples, quadraplexes and townhouses. We currently do not buy manufactured or mobile homes.
How much commission do I have to pay to sell my house to you?
You do not pay any commissions when we buy your house. We do not list your house for sale on the MLS. We buy the house directly from you.
What if the house currently has tenants?
While we prefer the house to be vacant when we buy, we know that is not always possible when there are tenants involved. We can still work with you and the tenants to come up with a solution that will be beneficial to everybody.
I'm underwater and owe more that the property is worth. Can you still buy?
Yes, we can still buy. This situation will require a different strategy and we will most likely also have to work with the lender to buy the house. We’ll analyze all the numbers to figure out the best way for you to sell and us to buy.
I live out of state but the house is in Georgia. Can you still work with me?
Yes, we work with absentee owners often. We will work out the details on how to see the property during our initial phone call. We also utilize online document signing software and our closing attorney can do mail-away closings.
Why do you need to see the property? Other investors give offers over the phone.
We don’t work like that. We don’t give offers sight unseen. We want to give you the best offer the first time. So we have to do an on-site evaluation.
Where do you buy houses?
Our company is based in the Metro Atlanta area so we primarily buy in the Metro Atlanta counties. However, we do buy houses in other parts of Georgia so still give us a call to discuss your situation.
I'm in foreclosure. Can you still buy my house?
If you are currently in foreclosure, you need to call us ASAP. The foreclosure process in Georgia is only 4 weeks so we don’t have much time. Our strategy will require us to work with the foreclosing attorney and the lender to stop the foreclosure and buy your house. We need to start the process right away.
